The setup
Scheduling a meeting is easy in MRView. You login to the client portal, which allows you to create a new meeting or manage existing ones, in a single location. You can set up meeting invitations in a matter of minutes by selecting the date, the time, and the attendees you require.
Observe or conduct?
MRView gives you the option to invite your clients to observe the meetings in a private backroom.
Receipt of files
After each meeting, participant video files and chat text are available to download from the portal and evaluate.
